In addition, our team of in-house review process utilizes certified residential appraisers which are highly qualified, forensic analyst, who are able to determine adequate support for the final reconciled value.
Our training team is uniquely qualified and trained in providing instructor led workshops in reviewing an appraisal for red flags in the reconciliation of valuation. The non-valuation reviewer is trained in identifying red flags which could lead to a rejected appraisal and/or repurchase. This level of training to the non-valuation reviewer will also assist the lender in adding a level of expertise to internal staff to fortify the lenders ability to spot and avoid deficient and unsupported value.
VRMC also offers training directed towards OCC compliance in the development of the appraisal review process and oversight of the internal management of third party vendors for lending institutions.

The client expects the delivered product to have been reviewed for adherence to the client’s scope of work, which is UAD compliant, and within the scope of work as defined within the report.
