With approximately 20 years of experience within the valuation of real estate, Sean is a Certified General Appraiser with FDIC clearance.  Sean is the prior owner of SMW Premier Realty Services, LLC.   As a consultant to FNMA, Sean was the valuation manager responsible for the management of eleven to 20 employees. Under Sean's direction the valuation team was listed as one of FNMA's top three vendors.

With over 15 years of experience within the valuation of real estate, Anthony is a Certified Residential Appraiser and prior owner of Allen Of Atlanta, LLC.  As a Consultant to FNMA, Anthony was a quality control analyst, team lead and forensic review appraiser responsible for direct support of valuation team analysts.

VRMC employs a team of experienced certified residential appraisers and reviewers with no less than seven years of experience within the real estate market.  The VRMC process consists of an extensive screening process that includes personal interviews and a mandatory background check.  Trained in forensic reviews, the VRMC team  delivers consistency, knowledge and experience to every product.  As active participants in support of the community, the VRMC team delivers!
