Our appraisers are the cornerstone of our valuation products.  Whether you are a fee appraiser providing an appraisal for our appraisal management services, a collateral risk review analysis, or training and workshop services, we at VRMC utilize only experienced, proven, professional and qualified appraisers.  As such, we provide our appraisers with a competitive fee, timely payment, supportive staff and professional work environment.  Our appraisal assignments are assigned an account rep. which supervises the process from beginning to payment of the invoice.  Our account reps. work together with our appraisal professionals to assure the clients scope of work is maintained along with appraiser independence. 

 

Our workshops, training and collateral review process utilizes only certified and/or certified general appraisers, with a minimum of ten years appraising experience.  Trained as FNMA forensic review analysts, our team of former FNMA consultants provides our clients one of the most qualified team of collateral review analysts in the industry.
